Excellent customer service. We had to take our van back after work was done and we were still having an issue. No problem..we called and Mark said bring it in and we will check it. They corrected whatever was wrong without any additional charge. We have used Liberty for our truck and van for 4yrs., and very pleased with all work they have done.
I got straight forward, direct answers to my questions concerning the work to be performed. I also received a fair estimate of the costs and received a phone call before additional costs were required. All work was performed to my satisfaction. I even received a ride home when I dropped my vehicle off.
I had a 60K mile maintenance done. I'm sure all mechanics were fine. My disappointment was that a light for "check tire pressure light" was on and either was checked and not turned off or totally missed. My steering wheel was grimy and dark shoe marks were left on passenger door frame. I'm used to complete service including care of interior while work is being done.
The owner was rude and wanted extra days to get the job done than he said he needed which was 2 already, I think he hadn't ordered the part and was covering up also he told my husband he could replace his Honda Accord mirror but it would have to be painted, they are fiberglass material so we took our Land Rover to a dealer and our Honda to dealer where we felt they knew what they were doing!
