The shop is headed by Jeffery Holle, a Master Technician with over 27 years experience that includes Mazda, GM, Mitsubishi, Acura, Honda, Toyota, and Ford dealership experience. Factory training is offered to the employees and the shop has been awarded the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence for their level of employee certification. Not only do their employees hold up to Top Shop standards, so do the facilities. Residing in the old Coulter Nissan Dealership at W Coulter Ave, their 4000 square foot customer lounge includes gourmet coffee, flat screen TV’s, and private business offices.

Experienced, well trained, and ASE certified staff. Manager (David) overseeing operations for the last 28 years (he has been working at Hargraves for 40 years!). This combination of tools and expertise gives us the confidence they will be able to handle most any problem that comes their way. Customer amenities include a local shuttle service if you find yourself in need of a ride and after hours vehicle drop off if that is more convenient for you.
