The multi-cluster display screen may remain blank and navigation system errors may be noted. Our technicians tell us that these issues can often be corrected by reloading current software upgrades.

The supplemental restraint system (SRS) warning light may illuminate with code B1861 and/or B1866 stored. Our technicians tell us that replacing a section of wiring harness behind the dashboard may be necessary to correct this concern.

A knocking sound may be heard at idle, when the air conditioning is off and the automatic transmission is in "Drive". Several changes have been made to improve this; a computer software upgrade, revised valve lash adjusters, and a redesigned timing chain are all available to try and correct this concern.
