I am an elderly man, in my late 60's. I had to move my car off of the rack myself that is, after I took my car keys that were hanging from the outside drivers side door. Sorry, I don't find that very unprofessional. Too compound the issue, the mechanic, although watching the entire time, offered no assistance. I felt that the car should have been moved out of the work area and parked in a safe area with the keys inside the car.
Would have liked a detailed answer regarding the parts that were replaced. What was wrong with them, and how it affected the performance of my truck. Also, I would have liked the option to have replaced my own gas cap, I'm sure I could have found it for less than $27, especially since O'Reilly Auto Parts is next door.
