2003 Ford Windstar

Question: lever for hot/cold moves but doesn't open door for heater.

I hear a clicking when moving it left to right. Thinking it has to do with separating door on the heater box? Air conditioning works fine. Blower works fine.

    blend door motor has failed. common failure. get a shop to confirm and give you a bid.

    Agree with mastertech, probably blend door. Take to shop as whole dash will need removed.

    no dash removal on windstars. just the radio and lower valance.
