Unbelievable..... I called to find out about a radiator for my 06 Nissan Altima. I wanted to know pricing because I was comparing Leo's prices verses the actual Nissan dealership along w/ a few others. The customer service here was absolutely RUDE!!! NEVER experienced this kind of treatment from a repair shop. He asked did I know the size of the engine. I said possibly 4 cylinder. He replies w/, how do you not know? (rude act #1) I told him because I switch out my car. I then confirm that I have a 6 cylinder and he STILL refused to tell me the pricing of the radiator. He rather continued to drill me about why I didn't know the engine size. HE HANGS UP IN MY FACE mid sentence (rude act #2) I thought it was a bad cell phone connection. I call back and he refuses to assist me and the pricing claiming the vehicle wasn't mine. I said, I jus wanted some help and he continued to be rude. He hangs up in my face once AGAIN. (rude act #3) This was the worse customer service. Please have someone else answer phones!!!! I wasn't going to click on any of the stars but I couldn't leave the review had I not.
