    The service personnel are absolutely fantastic! The quality of work is excellent. The service advisors always do a great job of clearly communicating my concerns to the technicians. The repairs are correctly performed, because the technicians have been factory-trained. My Volvo gets washed (by hand) when I get it serviced, which is very much appreciated.
