Very unhappy with my last experience.

Poor customer service. The gentleman's name was Gabe and he was very unprofessional.
First, please accept our sincere apologies and our sincere thanks for letting us know about your unpleasant experience. Gabe was a Service Adviser here in early 2015, but is no longer with our company. I'd love to follow up on what happened during your visit, but because your review was posted anonymously, I'm not able to just give you a call. :/ Would you be willing to call in to help us understand if there's a blind spot we need to know about? If your situation was truly just an unfortunate personality concern, we're confident that you'll be uber-impressed with our current Service Adviser Brad. He worked for us years ago, fresh out of AutoTech School (and even at that time, we knew there was something special about him). He's spent several years in the field and now and he's come home again on the Service side of the business. Not only is he an incredibly knowledgeable Automotive Whiz Kid (we call him "Doogie Howser of Auto Repair" bcs of his baby-face), but he's just a genuinely likeable guy and great at explaining what's going on with your vehicle. We'd be honored if you'd consider giving us another chance to make a great impression. We're confident you'll be impressed.
Whenever my car needed service, I was sure they would do the job well at a fair price. Although I have now left the area, it will be a long time before I find someone to trust that well.

It took forever to get our car repaired, and we got contradictory answers that often seemed like they weren't telling the truth (i.e.- called at the end of business, told "it's out being test driven now, will be ready in the morning." when we called at lunch the next day, not having heard anything, was told the same thing. When we went to pick it up after being told it would be done by a certain time, it still wasn't done and we had to wait an hour to take our car home.
We're so sorry to hear about this. Honesty is something we pride ourselves on and we are serious about doing quality checks on our repairs before we deliver the car back to our customers - So though we clearly dropped the ball on keeping you updated, we can confidently say the team was honestly road testing the car. Please accept our apologies for letting you down during this visit, and if you would contact us (we can't reach you bcs the review was posted anonymously), we'd really like to make it up to you.
