Engine Affected: 4.3L V6

Verified

A coolant leak may develop from the water pump. The engine may overheat as a result of the coolant loss. A leaking water pump should be replaced.

    Coolant started leaking from the Weep-hole under the water pump shaft casting. I replaced the water pump
    and used a homemade gasket w shellac. No leaks woks fine
