I was driving down the interstate when the light came on for low water, then my car lossed power and started making a loud noise. I made it home and had the fuel pump replaced, this didn't fix the problem. It isn't the resovior, changed that. Not head gasket either. Everytime I start the car water starts flowing out but I can't see where it is coming from. Can anyone help or give sugestions as to where it may be coming from.

There are SO many places water or coolant can flow from I would check your water pump, all the coolant hoses, the intake manifold etc.
