THANKS GOD FOR YAHOO! THAT IS HOW I FOUND THIS SITE. I HAVE GOTTEN RIPPED OFF SO MANY TIMES SO I DECIDED TO LOOK FOR A NEW SHOP.
DIANE AND KEVIN ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. WHEN YOU COME IN THEY SET UP A BUDGET AND PRIORITIZED WHAT YOU NEED FIX. IF THEY CHANGE A PART, THEY SHOW YOU BEFORE AND AFTER. I WAS RUNNING LATE TO PICK UP MY CAR AND THEY WAITED, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AFTER 5PM.

I'm glad to have found both RepairPal and Larson's Service. As a result repair issue has been pleasantly and easily resolved.
Larson's Service is impeccable, professional and very friendly. Their quality standards are very high; their communication is timely and relevant. You don't have to send time waiting at the shop for your service. They provided muffler replacement for me that not many places could perform.
Larson's Service has a semi-annual wellness program that exceeds the manufacturer's which will keep little problems from becoming bigger ones. They provided refreshment which gave me the impression it was a common courtesy. All of the staff is so friendly you'd like to get to know them better. I'm sure I will as I'll keep going back.
AMAZING!!! I discovered this through your website. I was having issues with my power door locks, and Googling etc lead me to RepairPal, and ultimately Larson's. Diane and her staff are certainly doing things right!!! From my initial on-line request for an appointment, I was totally impressed...I was able to make one within one business day, and Diane replied to my request on the July 4th Holiday!!!! As I said to Diane today - she and her staff provided far better customer service than I have often received at medical facilities!
I was having some other issues with my car in addition to the lock problem so Diane suggested a thorough inspection (which was totally needed as my car had not gotten a complete check up for probably at least two years.) As I was sitting waiting for the report I was a nervous wreck expecting to hear that my car was going to need major repairs. Not the case at all - Diane recommended a few minor things that needed immediate attention, and a few minor things that could be taken care of at my next check up in six months. They resolved my issue with the power locks (ordering and receiving parts in record time) and also corrected a noise issue that I was having ,that I feared was something major with my power steering, in an instant (rust on a plate behind my brakes). The documentation I received from the inspection of my car was far more detailed and informative than most medical reports I have received for my own annual check ups!
I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, expertise, customer focus and most especially their honesty...Try to schedule your repair for a good weather day - they have a lovely waiting area overlooking the pond where you can wait while your car is serviced. You will feel like you are on vacation, and Diane will come out frequently to update the status on your repair as well as offer beverages and snacks. Thank you RepairPal for helping me to find this WONDERFUL Auto Service company...and thanks to Diane and her staff as well for your Customer Service...
After reading the reviews on line, I took my car to Larson's Service for a tune up before I sell it. I was not disappointed!! They took great care of not only my car but me as well. They made sure to fix things properly and at the lowest price possible, knowing that I was selling the car. They made sure I was happy with the repair and went out of their way to give me the best service. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!
If you are looking for a honest, reliable, car repair shop, take your car to Larson's Service. These guys are the best!!! The most competent, honest mechanics around. I have been taking my car to them for years and I have never had a complaint. They have never over-charged and always diagnose problems correctly. Very competent, honest estimates, fixes it right the first time and use quality parts. I recommend Larson's Service to all my family and friends.
OMG I'm still reeling from the service I got at Larson's today 12/19. My co-worker went there this morning, and texted me about his experience. I gave Diane ( Owner-Operator ) a call, She said they were booked for the day and I took an appointment for 12/24. Less than an hour later, she calls me with an opening at 2:00. I accepted. Now lets say I'm very finicky about who works on my 07 black Corvette and all I need is a Mobil 1 oil change. Upon arrival with my registration in hand as requested, Diane took all my info. and even ran my VIN for recalls, in that I had one pending. They treated my Corvette as if it were their own. My time there was fast and most pleasant and with a quick vacuum , I received my Corvette with a Thank you and a mint and a candy cane left on the dash. That really blew me away. I'm a customer for life. You will be too !!
Awful, Awful, Awful.
I brought my car it for a new battery and oil change. I left with a $700+ bill but was told it was good to go for the long run. Two weeks later, my car wouldn't even start and I was stuck in a snow storm away from home. I was told I could bring it back in and pay for another part if it needed one. I can't believe this place has any positive reviews. Terrible, terrible. STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE!
