    I am a cautious consumer and I carefully inquire about repairs and watch for dishonesty or cheats. This said, the service department at Range Rover Encino has never disappointed me once. Russ takes wonderful care of my car, he explains what I should expect, and he calls for approval if additions are necessary. Trish manages the department firmly but fairly.
    My encounters have been pleasurable.
