    We brought our Range Rover in for a recall problem with the catalytic converter. They fixed the problem, only to have the same problem happen again a couple months later. When we called to book it back in, they informed us that the recall work wasn't actually covered under their service warranty so we're responsible for the repairs!

    So, to get this straight, THEY didn't do it right from the factory and had to issue a recall. THEY didn't fix it correctly since it only lasted a couple months. And WE get to pay for the repairs because they won't honor their work.

    It's not enough that we've spent over $5k on this car in service bills in a 12-month period. We get to pay for the same things twice because their service is so horrible.

    My advice is to run. Run from this dealer specifically. Run from the brand. Let them keep their over-priced, POS cars.
