We look for a group of experienced and trained personnel and Buddy's has more than met this expectation. Their techs have a combined 117 years of experience and have received a ton of training over the years, which includes some at the local dealerships. Buddy's Auto offers an excellent nationwide 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on transmission replacements and has been serving the Hartford Community since 1977. We like them and hope you do too.

RepairPal's Assessment: This is the second shop in our network that is owned by Paul Campanella. We have found Paul's shops are a great fit for our Top Shop Network. We have worked hard to identify what we consider the best shops in country. Shops in our network are held to a very high standard in terms of experience, ongoing training, good customer service practices, and tools and equipement. We found that Paul has invested in all of the these things. He has assembled a staff that combines for over 166 years of industry experience. 4 of the 7 staff members are ASE Certified and 4 of them have over 30 years of experience. There is a balance of very experienced managers and technicians and less experienced foundationally trained up and coming technicans. The staff attends good quality on going training, has the tools and computer diagnostic equipment that is required to perform professional repairs on late model computer controlled vehicles. They back all work performed with a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty.

Their technicians have good foundational training, including factory training from BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, GM, and more. Prestige shares our goal of clarity and transparency and encourages their customers to be a part of the repair process by educating them and allowing them to choose repair options. Michael has more than 38 years of automotive industry experience, is ASE Certified, and receives continual training to stay up to date with current automotive technologies. The shop has a team of 4 technicians 2 of whom are ASE Certified, one being ASE Master Certified, and as a whole the group has over 101 years of experience. Excellent shop equipment including some of the industry's leading diagnostic scan tools round out this Top Shop.
