Very poor service. I bought a brand new 2011 Toyota Sienna. First time I took back for State and Emission inspection, I lost my owner card and the insurance card, so I have to re-apply a new one. The second time I took my car in for 30,000 service and State inspection. The mechanic removed my glove compartment to check the cabin filter. He did not installed them back. The cover laid on the floor, the dirty filter on my passenger seat. I called the manager, he said he was sorry and will relay this issue to the manager of customer relations and let him call me, but he never called. What I will do: 1/ I will file a complaint to the business bureau in Harrisburg. 2/ I will tell everyone not to buy and take their car to Lancaster Toyota because they are very very bad for service. 3/ I will make a complaint in the News paper and in the face book to let every to be aware of the B-A-D service in Lancaster Toyota.
