Our review of Lake County Auto Care allowed us to see the inner workings of this Top Shop. Two of their technicians, Tim & Craig are very experienced and ASE Certified, as is owner/manager Andy. All regularly receive up to date training in order to keep current with all of the latest automotive technology. This training is received via their NAPA affiliation and is among the best available. We were also able to confirm Lake County has the diagnostic tools and shop equipment we would expect to find. Customer amenities include: WiFi internet access for their customers and after hours vehicle drop-off.

  Car still pulling when I left despite an alignment being done. Had to turn around and have it rechecked. Had to take it back to the place where I had tires put on and have them tell me it was a rim problem.

  They put the wrong type oil in my car, 30 wgt instead of 20 wgt. I had my transmission serviced, and now my cruise control does not work. It worked fine before I went in - first time ever I had dissapointing service from them, but once is all it takes!
