Lake Arbor Automotive & Truck has everything we are looking for in a Top Shop. We were very impressed by their integrity and ethics, as evidenced by their 2011 Golden Ethics Award and their 2012 Bill Daniels Ethics in Business Award. We were delighted to find their owner, Dana TePoel, has over 20 years of experience in the auto industry. This ASE Blue Seal shop (of which there are only about 1500 nationwide) is also AAA and BBB accredited, and provides state emissions testing. They have been serving the Westminster, CO area since 1992.

  Brought truck in for oil change and emissions. got there and emissions test had not been done so had to wait an extra half hour.

  In the past, I've had excellent service. This time was not so excellent. But I guess there's always going to be that one time things don't go exactly right. I still plan to return to them in the future.

  They are very professional, very well trained. There are several certificates on the board. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable, they know what they're doing. They're right on top of everything. They communicated very well with me while they were working on my truck so I knew what was going on. I wish there was better parking over there, it's hard to find a place to park.

  Thank you for your kind words! We have established a parking arrangement with our neighbor Steve( His company is Save our Soles. He manufactures bicycle socks and has some extra spaces as he has no retail customers) I recycle his manufacturing oil and loan him my bobcat and he let's us park the overflow on those overwhelming days. It has eased things considerably.

  I own 4 automobiles and Lake Arbor takes care of 3 of them. I have been coming to Lake Arbor for many years and they have my complete trust and respect when it comes to Auto Care.   Over the course of 15+ years, I and various members of my family have consistently received excellent service with very fair pricing at Lake Arbor Automotive. I have never been pressured to authorize an "extra" repair. On the rare occasion when I was dissatisfied with a service or repair, the issue was promptly attended to without argument or hassle. Do yourself a favor and give them a try; you won't regret it.
