    Never Go There again AND, filing small claims and report to Better Business Bureau. They missed diagnosed my car and took it to Tyson's Nissan without my permission.

    Nissan Altima only 44K miles on it. Had a clicking sound when driving.

    Lake Anne mobile wants to charge me $500 to change one belt that didn't fix the problem.

    Turns out, it was a transmission problem, much more serious which was later fixed for FREE by Nissan using an in-house recall.

    WHen I asked him about being fair, I shouldn't have to pay 500 but understand he did use up some of his time. I offered to pay 250. He got so mad, I had to call the police. He went on about how the Reston Community is trash talking him in front of other dealerships. I had to pay the $500 to get my car. They started out very nice, but they don't know what they are doing and they charge too much in my opinion. Just the facts above. That is why they are never busy.............

    I took my Honda to Lake Anne Chevron today to get the emission inspection, and Bobby came out to inspect it. He told me I should get my brake pads changed and rear differential changed, total cost $180.00 He told me 45 minutes. I came back 45 minutes later and the car had not been touched. Bobby told me come back in 30 minutes. When I came back, I was handed an invoice for $415.00, including two hours of labor. For the differential fluid, he charged me $47.00 per quart, when it costs $27.00 at the store, in addition to the inflated labor charge. Mysteriously, when I wanted to question the charges, Bobby had disappeared.
    I am reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau today, and I will never take any car there again, even though it is within walking distance. CAVEAT EMPTOR: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! The owner is dishonest and a scam artist, and I hope he gets heavily fined or thrown in jail.
