Lake Anne Chevron
I took my Honda to Lake Anne Chevron today to get the emission inspection, and Bobby came out to inspect it. He told me I should get my brake pads changed and rear differential changed, total cost $180.00 He told me 45 minutes. I came back 45 minutes later and the car had not been touched. Bobby told me come back in 30 minutes. When I came back, I was handed an invoice for $415.00, including two hours of labor. For the differential fluid, he charged me $47.00 per quart, when it costs $27.00 at the store, in addition to the inflated labor charge. Mysteriously, when I wanted to question the charges, Bobby had disappeared.
I am reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau today, and I will never take any car there again, even though it is within walking distance. CAVEAT EMPTOR: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! The owner is dishonest and a scam artist, and I hope he gets heavily fined or thrown in jail.Flag ThisLike0
