  "L & L Auto Service Inc." is a locally owned and managed over-all automobile repair shop that has been in business in fort Walton Beach, Florida for over 30 years. I went to high school with close friends of the owner/manager, Gary. He is a fine honest man who in addition to all of the management and estimates etc...is not afraid to jump in and help where he is needed to get customers cars repaired and delivered on-time as best as any repair shop can.

  I would highly recommend L & L Auto to anyone needing repairs, estimates and on the spot drive up for emergency help for the kind of problems hard to describe on the phone. Due to the fact that L & L is a owned by a long time Fort Walton Beach resident and retired from the local Military Air Force Base, Eglin AFB; there is a long history of long time friends and family's that have all their automobile maintenance done at L & L Auto because of the trust of close friendships developed over the 30 years plus business. It has actually the sort of businesses we are losing more and more often due to the large corporations putting in the so called cookie cutter franchises. At L&L it is on first name basis for the L & L extended family of long time customers. Best summary is absolute trust of customers is the foundation of the long history of satisfied customers.

  In addition to servicing all of the local Okaloosa area and beyond L&L is there to help any type of cars in the Tourist Season when thousands of visitors hit the beaches. I have seen the Owner/Manager drop what he is doing in a responsible manner to answer all the questions concerning the many people from out of town experiencing problems which we all know is the most worrisome time for a car to breakdown or having problems.

  I have seen Gary and his fine group of mechanics address issues right on the spot that tourist where so worried about and the potential cost and what we all worry about when traveling out of town and have a potential problem with our car worried about fair treatment. So many have passed through Fort Walton Beach and pulled into L&L thinking they had a serious engine problem or their A/C may not be blowing cool air and thinking their vacation budget will be spent on repairs only to discover that the vast knowledge of L&L can have them on the road with minor adjustments or replacement of a simple component.

  And if there are required repairs Gary is very honest about what needs to be done ASAP to avoid further damage or give you peace of mind by saying the problem can be taken care of at a later date.

  I am proud to have the opportunity to send people with any automobile problems for any make and model to L&L Auto Service because I know they will be treated fairly and have total satisfaction.

  My personal experiences of repairs at L&L are far too numerous to list in the 20 years of having Gary and his guys repair all of my family's cars from the 90's to the present, be it my wife's 2008 Pontiac G6 or my son's and daughter's cars GMC Jimmy, Mercury Cruiser and my current transportation a 2000 Toyota Tundra.

  I have L&L complete my regular Oil Changes for the same price as the so called drive trough places but I know I'm getting the eye of experience looking for anything that may be a problem and drive out confident.

  L & L Auto Service Inc. is my vote for impeccable pride in all of their work. So if you need work done on any of your cars or trucks don't hesitate to let L&L take good care of you.
