I have been going to Kwik Car for the last four or five years, in the whole time the repair has always been same day, I've never had to wait. In all my time, they have only had to keep it overnight once. They keep me very informed about the repair process, they give good estimates, they give good time estimates, and they don't recommend anything I don't need.
I use the shop all the time. I always get excellent service. The repairs are very reliable. I am always satisfied with their service.
I give them credit on overall customer service. They are pretty attentive.
They were knowledgeable and didn't fix anything that didn't need to be fixed.
This company does extremely good work, and the price is not always the least expensive, but you get your value there. You always get the repairs done properly. It is always done like it is supposed to be done. They are straight shooters.

I think that they are a great company. They have very nice people that work there. They are willing to help, but I think they are extremely expensive. They exceed the price of going to the car dealership by twice as much. As far as an oil change, I will not go there.
I thought the individuals at the shop were very fair, very good people, but I thought their pricing was way out of line for the water pump we did. I could have bought the same part for half the price at Auto Zone for the same quality, but unfortunately the car was broken down and I had to have it towed.
I have gone there for years because we trust the guy that runs the place.
The last visit that I had, there was a miscommunication concerning the tire rotation being included or not included with the oil change. I thought it was included with the oil change. I didn't realize I was going to charged an extra 25 or 30 dollars for a tire rotation. When I brought it up and it was discussed with one of the techs he frustrated me and said it was fine and then appeared to be complaining amongst his colleagues about it. I'm assuming that the tech receives a commission of some sort for the tire rotation.
I would advise everybody to take their car there because they are very fair. They don't pressure you into repairs.

I knew what was wrong with it. I had an idea about how much it would cost. The people hit the nail right on the head, and they didn't charge quite what I thought they would charge. I really appreciated that. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. It was about 60 dollars less than when I thought I would pay. They had me in and out a lot quicker than I thought it would be. He knew that I was there in that area for a Special Olympics tournament, and I told him what time the events started. I appreciated that he remembered why we were up there, he was concerned that we got there on time. He was very personable.

They were great. They just need to not pressure extra sales on stuff I don't need. They tried to sell me air filters, both internal and external. There was something else, I don't remember what it was though.
Our 2004 Honda pilot transmission was fine until they worked on it and now we are forced to have to pay for a new transmission, parts and service. We thought about suing but we are just not going to bring our car back to them.

They have always been honest. They've told me if something needs to be done, but it can wait. They tell me if it can't wait but they don't pressure me into doing anything. I have been completely satisfied. They have been truthful and they have done what they said they were going to do.
They are probably one of the only companies that gives you personalized service. They make you feel like you are the most important person there at the time. They give you true customer service.
