  Have you ever been to one of those shops where your car is pulled into a dark greasy pit and you are motioned to a waiting room where you are afraid to touch the door handle much less sit in one of the seats to wait where you can only guess your oil is being changed? Kwik Kar is nothing like that! Your car is repaired in a garage that is spotless! Not only do you get to wait in a clean and air conditioned room, you can actually witness your car being worked on through the large windows. The staff is always very friendly and if there is a problem with your car the mechanics are always very good at explaining the problem and giving you as many repair options available.

  I recently took my older car to the shop to be repaired as it was just not driving like it used to. After the diagnostic was done the mechanic came to tell me exactly what needed to be repaired. Sadly the car was going to need some major repairs. I wasn't surprised but was wondering if the car was going to be worth the repairs. I was willing to put the money into the car if I was still going to get some more miles out of it. So I asked the mechanic what they might do if they were in the same situation. And much to my surprise I was told that I would be better off letting the car go. I was so reassured by their honesty. They had nothing to gain and only a big profit to loose. I took their advise and am happy that I did.

  I have been taking my cars to Kwik Kar for years and will continue to do so. It is so refreshing to work with a small business that you can trust. Dont' forget to sign up for the e-mail deals. They are very good at sending coupons and always have seasonal specials.

  I have been going to Kwik Car for the last four or five years, in the whole time the repair has always been same day, I've never had to wait. In all my time, they have only had to keep it overnight once. They keep me very informed about the repair process, they give good estimates, they give good time estimates, and they don't recommend anything I don't need.

  This company does extremely good work, and the price is not always the least expensive, but you get your value there. You always get the repairs done properly. It is always done like it is supposed to be done. They are straight shooters.

  After being a customer for years at this repair shop, I find it refreshing to get continued, and consistent service. Recently, my mom was visiting from out of state. When we left from having my car serviced, she commented on how clean the center is, and how friendly the technicians are. One step further, she went home to NC and told my father the same thing.

  It is nice to have a place we can trust, who is consistent, courteous and knowledgable. I continue taking my business there and recommend it to friends.

  I think that they are a great company. They have very nice people that work there. They are willing to help, but I think they are extremely expensive. They exceed the price of going to the car dealership by twice as much. As far as an oil change, I will not go there.

  I thought the individuals at the shop were very fair, very good people, but I thought their pricing was way out of line for the water pump we did. I could have bought the same part for half the price at Auto Zone for the same quality, but unfortunately the car was broken down and I had to have it towed.

  The last visit that I had, there was a miscommunication concerning the tire rotation being included or not included with the oil change. I thought it was included with the oil change. I didn't realize I was going to charged an extra 25 or 30 dollars for a tire rotation. When I brought it up and it was discussed with one of the techs he frustrated me and said it was fine and then appeared to be complaining amongst his colleagues about it. I'm assuming that the tech receives a commission of some sort for the tire rotation.

  I knew what was wrong with it. I had an idea about how much it would cost. The people hit the nail right on the head, and they didn't charge quite what I thought they would charge. I really appreciated that. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. It was about 60 dollars less than when I thought I would pay. They had me in and out a lot quicker than I thought it would be. He knew that I was there in that area for a Special Olympics tournament, and I told him what time the events started. I appreciated that he remembered why we were up there, he was concerned that we got there on time. He was very personable.

  They were great. They just need to not pressure extra sales on stuff I don't need. They tried to sell me air filters, both internal and external. There was something else, I don't remember what it was though.

  Our 2004 Honda pilot transmission was fine until they worked on it and now we are forced to have to pay for a new transmission, parts and service. We thought about suing but we are just not going to bring our car back to them.

  They have always been honest. They've told me if something needs to be done, but it can wait. They tell me if it can't wait but they don't pressure me into doing anything. I have been completely satisfied. They have been truthful and they have done what they said they were going to do.

  took it in to have a coolant leak located and repaired. also, had smoke in cabin from vents. i have a new water pump and a new blower moter resistor and i still have a coolant leak and now my passanger side air bag needs to be serviced. oh, and im out 1000 dollars.
