    Hello,

    Just wanted to warn people about this particular instance.

    I asked for a written estimate to do some work. I took the estimate, on my way out the door, I asked if I had my own parts would it be the same LABOR charge-he said yes- no difference if it was their parts or if I brought in my own parts-same LABOR charge.

    I did not get that part in writing.

    Needless to say I came in with my own parts, which cost less, and they said they would not honor the written estimate LABOR charge.

    I told them I was sorry they wasted my time and that "I wouldn't darken their doors anymore".
