    Hi mast here.my car has no cigarette lighter, then i went to koons of manassas to fix that and also a cd player. the guy in the shop said they gonna charge me 150$ for both to fix, then i was really shocked when i listen this from them. then i decided to go other center. finally i went to sudley auto repair, the guys in the shop were nice and honest, they fixed everything and they only brought the parts and everything is done in just 75$ great right.

    truck had to go in shop was covered under warranty but didn't want to give me a loaner. Said they didn't have any that I would have to pay for rental. Went to manager raised kane and they found rental. I feel it shouldn't have taken all of that just to get a loaner vehicle.

    THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THEY LOOKED OVER MY VEHICLE TO LET ME KNOW WHAT IT NEEDED AND THE WAITING AREA WAS COMFORTABLE. I DIDN'T USE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE, BUT IT WAS TO KNOW THEY HAD ONE!
