    Brought my car here several times, they were fast, fair and honest. I live in Chicago, it took me 30 minutes to get here, but the drive and savings were worth it. I cannot rave enough about the service I received. Really liked the new waiting room too

    Took my car to a local BMW dealership for an estimate, not only was I told it was over $4k for the service I needed. Later found out through Wil that not only did I not need that repair, but to add insult the repair only cost me less than half that through Klarer Automotive. This guy is fair and honest...it is hard to find that in a mechanic. He is really outstanding with imports!

    I've used Wil for several years. Great service, fair price. He knows VWs and their many quirks. As a VW owner for nearly 25 years across multiple states, I have always relied on independent mechanics to keep each car on the road far beyond 100,000 miles.
    Wil has always gone out of his way to help when I've needed it and get me back on the road quickly. And he's been great about looking for ways to keep costs in check. He knows that sometimes after-market parts are fine; other times you need the Bosch/OEM parts.
    I'd hand him my keys and credit card without a second thought.

    Took my BMW for repair. First received an estimate from Perillo in Chicago. Ores nearly $900 higher. This guy is fair and honest. I would trust him and his expertise in the future.

    Don't take your car to this guy!
    He had my car for three days.
    Upon return of my car there were
    600 dollars worth of damage to
    the left bumper tried to call him
    to get it fixed won't return my calls
    So beware of this company!
