  Kip took time to show me each of the parts replaced, and explained why they needed replacement. He was upfront about the approximate amount of charges and performed the work very timely. Auto runs so much smoother. I recently had it serviced and told them it was running a little rough. They replaced the fuel filter and sent me on my way after which the car overheated and still sputtered..it turned out to be a themostat problem.
