Noise or Vibration When AC Compressor is On

A defective AC compressor clutch assembly can cause excessive noise or vibration when the air conditioning is on. Improved parts are available. Replacing the faulty clutch assembly does not necessitate replacement of the complete AC compressor or evacuation and recharging of the air conditioning system.

The driver's seat back frame may have been produced with inadequate weld joints and may not function as designed in the event of a rear-end collision. Dealers will inspect the welds and replace the driver seat back frame as necessary free of charge to resolve the concern.

Rear Suspension Welds Break

The rear suspension may have a faulty weld, which could result in the weld cracking. Dealers will inspect the welds at the rear suspension cross member, replacing the rear cross member assembly as necessary free of charge to resolve the concern.

Terrible ride! Front end bangs at every bump. Struts were checked NY dealer...not leaking... New tires didn't help. Have owned a Sante Fe...no comparison. The Sorrento is the worst riding vehicle I have ever owned!
