Question: keyless remote

 Rookie

keyless remote doesnt work, tried reprograming and changed batteries, still does not work. when I was reprograming I could hear the locks working. what else could it be? and is it something easy to fix?

  I would try programing a "known good remote." If you are successfully entering the programing mode and a "known good" remote does not program then the fault most likely is with the Liftgate Control Module which receives the signal from the transmitter. As tech II scan tool or equivalent is necessary to program remotes for you 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer. If the Liftgate Control Module must be replaced the new part must be programed to the vehicle using a tech II scan tool or equivalent.
