Question: key wont turn

 Rookie

Key will go in the ignition but will not turn...security light still flashes, it is all the way in park, but nothing tried for days now.

  Perhaps try some lubricant light a spray graphite or WD40 work the key in and out of the ignition switch a few times and then try to rotate the key as you turn the steering wheel clock wise and anti clock wise in case the steering lock has become engaged.
