Rookie

I own a 2005 Cherokee, I've been having problems with the key. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. We replaced the battery, but the problems continue. What is the problem and what it would cost me to fix or replace one key?

Master

Go to your dealers parts dept and have them make a replacement key.

Had this same issue. The new key worked briefly. Eventually I had a locksmith replace the tumbler. About $80. Best $80 I have spent on this car!
