Question: Key cylinder

The response to my question on the electrical assembly indicated that I might have to remove the key cylinder. Just how do I remove that part? I don't see any access to that part.

    about 1/4" behind the key cylinder is a "hump" in the steering lock assembly wherein a release spring clip sits. in order to depress the release to free the ignition cylinder you need to drill a small hole centered in the aluminum hump at about the 11 o'clock position. don't drill into the metal clip! then use a pick or similar to push the clip down and pull out the cylinder.
