I find that Doug, the owner, is very honest, helpful, and his advice is good. We have had an excellent relationship. We're happy to have someone like him. We've been to dealerships, but we thought we were being ripped off. We are very satisfied with him. We were referred to him by AAA - he's one of the AAA approved. He picks me up and brings me home when the car's got to stay there for awhile. Everything is fine - I'm quite happy. It's near to home for me, besides. It's very convenient.

After moving, we needed to find a new mechanic we could trust, and I'm confident we've found one in Kenny's. I felt very comfortable dealing with them in person and over the phone. Doug, the owner, was clear on what needed to be fixed and what could wait, and had no surprise costs for me. I had a laundry list of repairs and the car feels great now. I can't speak too confidently on pricing, but for the mass of repairs they did, I personally felt the price was very appropriate and under what I'd pay for the same service elsewhere. I would easily recommend Kenny's to a friend.

Took My car here and was charged for a Diagnosis and repair i didnt need just to hear how much more it would be if he needed to Diagnose further after incorrectly diagnosing and repairing the idle control valve Now the Car is performing Worse! Was gonna bring my car back later for another diagnosis but he's just a Upseller He seemed upset id rather pay for my own parts then let him double charge me for the same part i got half price talking about how that voids his warranty. i dont think he's worth the headache
