    I find that Doug, the owner, is very honest, helpful, and his advice is good. We have had an excellent relationship. We're happy to have someone like him. We've been to dealerships, but we thought we were being ripped off. We are very satisfied with him. We were referred to him by AAA - he's one of the AAA approved.
