i am an owner of a 97 mercedes benze e four twenty SPORT. i usually do all my lube stuff but for the specialty mercedes tools needed to do certain jobs i went to ken bakers. I really liked the HISPANIC fellow that was workng there. He went above and beyond and did extra work on my care and didnt charge me like he could have. He really gave me truthfull advise and didnt B S me with the shop lingo. he would put my car on the computer and if it was as simple as a push of a button he just did it. he didnt play with me like the repair was a biiig unknown fix. YOU dont see to many men out there like the Hispanic guy he made owning my mercedes affordable and enjoyable knowing that i can drive my mbz without being broke on fake repairs.TOO BAD HE IS NO LONGER WORKING AT KEN BAKERS I WISH HE STILL DID.-David Blanco

I've owned BMWs since 1989 and I've been to many dealers and other shops for service, depending on my milage and warranty. It is VERY REFRESHING to find a shop that has serviced my BMWs for the last four years. Cal Baker has saved me a LOT of money with used parts rather than new ones on my 2001 325, and he always helps me prioritize what needs to be done now and what can wait. I recommend everyone to Ken Baker's!

I TOOK MY MINI TO HAVE NEW POWER STEERING PUMP AND FAN AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK MY RIGHT TAIL LIGHT AND RIGHT INDICATORS ARE NOT WORKING,MY RIGHT HEADLIGHT STAYS ON DIM WHEN IT SHOULD BE BRIGHT AND THE LEFT ONLY WORKS ON BRIGHT THEY NOW TELL ME I NEED TO REPLACE GENERAL MODULE.MY LIGHTS WERE FINE TIL I GOT IT BACK

You don't have to know much about cars to see this review is just sad. This car has a bad general module, she was told that when she picked her car up after the power steering pump was replaced. We did not drive the car before the repair as it had no steering! When she was told the moduel was bad she became very upset. The general modules are known to fail on the Mini and cause many different electrical issues. Please take 5 min to google the Mini Cooper and the general module before passing judgement on us!
