  Went there a few years back for AC work based on the suggestion of an acquaintance. Bad move. Don't know what he did the first time because I had to come back after 2 weeks when the freon leaked out. The 2nd time, after handing Mr. Keller a check for $900 of "repairs" that included conversion to R2 and replacement of a $200 dealer-only hose, he told me the AC still wouldn't work. Said it needed an expensive heater core replaced under the dash for which the labor alone would be over a $1000 and he knew "you wouldn't want that."

  I was too stunned to demand my check back and drove away. He had called me to say that my car was "done" which I thought meant the AC was repaired, but apparently he meant he didn't want to work on it anymore?

  Another shop down the road fixed it for $200 (no heater core RR) and it has worked perfectly for the past 6 years.

  Another down side to Kellers: unless he has recently changed his hours, he usually closes up at 4:30 pm and you have to leave your office early to pick up your car.
