Keeps shutting off. on 2003 GMC Yukon

I'm having an intermitent problem with my 2003 GMC Yukon which keeps shutting off whenever I make a quick sharp turn (like pulling into or out of a parking spot) and whenever I go in reverse. My engine light does not come on whenever it happens and I just had a tune-up and replaced the fuel filter. Could you please give me some idea as to what is causing the problem?

Had same issue. Take off the intake housing (where it connects to throttle body) and clean the gunk off of the throttle body intake. The "flapper" valve has a tendency to get crudded up and stick. They sell the cleaner for it at Auto Z or other local part stores.

The fuel pump may fail causing the engine to stall and not restart. Our technicians recommend replacing the fuel filter every 30,000 miles to help prevent undue strain on the fuel pump.
Can you advise what might be causing this issue (relay)
