Question: keeps blowing fuel ejector seal

 Rookie

it blows fuel ejectors seal on #1 piston. I checked fuel pressure it is at 60psi. replace fuel ejector and fuel rails. When driven a long lenth of time say a 100 mile it will blow the seal and leak fuel all over the engine don't know what else to do

    I have never heard of this problem occuring. Your fuel pressure in in Specifications. Are you blowing out the lower O-ring seal that goes into the cylinder head or the upper o-ring seal into the fuel rail? When you replaced the injector, did you lubricate the O-rings before installing them? My research shows that there are no recalls or Bulletins on this subject. One of a kind concern here.
