My Car was Damaged at this shop. The mechanic used a blowtorch installing a Left Front Strut. He melted my boot and did'nt say anything. He returned my car telling me nothing.The grease all came out and was discovered a month later by another mechanic, resulting in a $150 repair bill. Trying to speak to someone I was hung up on twice. I was finally told by 'Marko' the owner would not pay for the Damage. My recourse is now the Better Business bureau & Legal action.

A "blowtorch" was not used to install a strut. The customer was not informed of any damage as we were not aware that any damage had occured to the vehicle. The customer never brought the vehicle to our shop to have us look at it and see if any damage had been done. No one in our shop hung up on him "twice". If a customer is going to accuse a business for damaging something, they should bring the damaged vehicle to the shop to inspect and attempt to remedy the problem. This was not done. This customer can take any action necessary as we still have no proof that any damage has occurred which will not hold up in a court of law. Our company policy is to repair any damages that may have been done in the process of repairing a vehicle, this is not the case in this situation.
