just put a new slave cylinder in and it wont bleed up?i see no leaks anywhere... on 1998 Volkswagen Passat

Did you pre-bleed before you installed it? Now you probably have air in your master as well. Remove the slave and bleed the master and cap the line. Hold your slave vertical(with bleeder up), and fill cylinder with fluid, no air. Now reattach the line to the slave not allowing fluid to leak. Mount the slave, and pump the h-ll out of it.

look for debris in the master cylinder blow out the lines if you have to and start over.
