Is it a high pressure fuel system? Not completely positive, but have seen helped some friends in the past and after some research came to find out the fuel line had to be bled, somewhat like bleeding a brake line... in one instance the vehicle actually had a bleeder valve... the other had to crack the fuel line at the intake and bleed out the air that way... assuming it's an electric fuel pump. Did you plug or wire it in? Check fuses or possibly relays in fuse or distribution boxes both under the hood and dash?
