Question: Just purchased a 96 Camry. Check engine light on code po125.

m4zoom, 2.2L 4 Cylinder, Murfreesboro, TN, February 28, 2011, 17:00

Hooked up a OBDll Autoscanner gave a code of po125 insufficient coolant temp closed loop fuel control.What does that mean and what is the fix? I'm thinking maybe the thermostat?

    P0125 indicates that the computer has detected that the coolant temperature hasn't reached the temp required for normal running, that is, it stays in 'warm-up' mode. The problem is most likely a failed thermostat or a failed temp sensor or wiring problem associated with the sensor.

    replace termostat and the temp sensor/ if this two fail you wil continue having another codes replace pronto adios bye
