    I have a 2008 Mini Couper Clubman S which shortly after we got it developed a metalic chatter - took it to the dealer, they quoted $2000 to replace the tensioner and timing chain and gears - not having that kind of money I took it to Bob for a second opinion - Bob said he would change the tensioner for $100 (part & labor included) and if that fixed the problem great - if not we'd look at changing the chain since it was possible the change had been damaged. Luckily it fixed it!!! Bob did an amazing job - excellent customer service and affordable
