Expensive compared to what, a Dealer? We're 20-30% less in labor on the vehicle we specialize in. We have the factory scanners to make the proper repair the first time around. We charge a reasonable price for quality work, If I charged less then I wouldn't be able to PAY the quality employees I have here!

If your vehicle was not repaired properly or you were not given an estimate of the repair cost then please let me know.

This guys change the transmission oil of my BMW, which should not be changed unless serious transmission trouble. I just drop for regular tuneup. Car is running ok, but I still wonder if they really change the transmission oil or just charged to me. Or could cause trouble in the future.

The problem is if you wait till the serious transmission trouble starts it is usually to late and transmission has to be replaced. We recommend to our customers that synthetic transmission fluid should be changed every 60K along with filter and gasket. The only people that will tell you to wait is the dealer, because they want to sell you a transmission or better yet a new vehicle due to cost of transmission repair! You could have requested to either Cassie or Scott to have your old parts saved.
