Message from the Shop
We are an ASA shop. We have ASE certified techs. We are registered with an A+ accreditation from the BBB. We are a full service garage servicing everything except internal transmission. We have up to date diagnostic scan tools with technicians that KNOW how to use them. We also have 2 of the best hard line guys (heads, intakes, etc.). We do exhaust and radiator repair. We have arrangements with Avis and Enterprise who offer our customers a VERY fair rate on car rental. We have towing service serviced by Jim's Body Shop. Our labor rate is $70/hr which is very fair in this area.

I found John Pierce Auto Care using the find a shop here on repairpal.com. I researched them a little more and after seeing their great reviews, gave them a call. They asked me to drop the vehicle off and give them some time to assess the concerns I had, my main concern was the scary list of repairs another shop said I needed. Immediately I thought, 'Here we go...,' but was delightfully surprised when they called back and condensed the list into something much more manageable for my budget. I had my Sonoma repaired at John Pierce Auto Care. They did a very thorough job. They diagnosed the problem quickly and the repair was done promptly as well. They were nice and fully explained everything to me and handled all my questions with expert ability. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality repair at a fair price.
