The shop used to have the customer's best interests in mind. Now I feel that Joel and his team are no better than the rest of the lot who look out for themselves, their bottom lines and their profit first. I was overcharged and lied to and although Joel made it right in the end - my trust is lost. I understand Joel has to stay in business, pay his employees and pay for expensive upgrades to compete with greedy car corporations trying to squeeze him out of business. However, that does not excuse members of his team from selling me things I really didn't need.
