The Service Manager, Terry Tretter, has been working at this dealer for nearly 30 years, most of these years in his current manager position. Many of the technicians have been working with Terry for 10 years or more. This kind of experience and teamwork is definitely hard to beat. I think they do a confident job. They definitely know their vehicles. I think if you get familiar with one or two vehicles that is much better than a bunch of different vehicles that you service.

They did the work ok that was no problem. The car did not start when we first bought it. As it turns out, it needed a new battery and they would not come out and fix it for us. They wanted us to bring it back in.

They recommended that I replace the heat shield. The mechanic said it was rotten. They fixed the problem. They said they would order a new bolt to put it on. They said they did. They said they would call me when the part came in which would be one or two days. They never called me and it has been over a week. I am driving around with no heat shield. It is a safety problem.
