    I bought my last two trucks at this dealer and they've done all the service. The service team is very professional and service bay is extremely clean.

    My car wouldn't start in 2006 or 07 so I called my motor club to start it. He used a small handheld device and informed me it wasn't my alternator. I took it to Tidwell Ford and they informed me it was my alternator and it was going to cost $735.00. I asked for my car and they refused to give it to me. (I think it was because I am a female and elderly.) This was on a saturday. My car stayed in there the whole weekend until monday morning when my daughter called the general manager and told him what they did. I was told to come and get my car and I was charged over $200.00 for a new battery. My car has been running fine every since but I still believe I was grossly overcharged for the battery. I reported them to the Ford Corporation but never heard back from them. I would never go back to that place again.
