My older Mustang broke down on I-75, and Jim Taylor arranged towing and repaired the car. Their service was prompt, accurate and very fair in price. I dealt with Elsa and Chris, and they were both exceptionally pleasant, polite, and professional. They made an otherwise distressing situation darned-near enjoyable! What a pleasure it was to deal with this company. I would recommend them without reservation.

Chris and Elsa are a great team. I walk into the office and Elsa is always smiling and pleasant. If she makes an appointment for Chris to work on my car, you can depend the appointment will be kept. I like the fact that Chris always calls me if something outside of my request needs to be done. He will give me a description of the problem he found and already has the estimate at hand. Chris is a very hard working auto mechanic, and knowledgeable. His prices are far below any dealerships. This repair shop and their personalities are awesome. And, by the way, I have 220,000 miles on my car, and Chris keeps it running smoothly. Thanks guys. Dale Marden
