  This shop wasted a lot of my time and energy came in for a check engine light took days to hear the result even though I had a week in advance appointment my car was tossed to the back burner. Then some young tech decide to rip my shifter apart with out my permission then put my shift knob in backwards and rubbed the leather right off. Shop owner was nice enough to try to make up for it by replacing shifter but this put me with out a car even longer replacement shifter was comparable but not a exact match. I just wanted to get out of there and not waste anymore time so I left unfortunetly on my way home a odor began followed by smoke coming from my engine. I listened for any engine noise and looked at my heat gauge both were normal. upon getting it home and inspecting my engine I notice the tech during a oil change had spilt oil in the enige bay and its burning was what was causing the smoke. It was like another slap in the face. I will never go back to this shop alot of sketchy rookie stuff going on here

  Friendly Family run, I knew what was wrong when I brought it in, but couldn't fix it myself without a lift. They were thorough, and told me how I may have ended up with a cracked brake line...on top of that they were less than they quoted, which made it easier to let go of the money!

  I recommend Jim Hansens Automotive to anyone.
