  Be extra careful when you use this location.
  The day I got my oil changed, TWO different customers came in hopping mad that the oil had completely drained from their vehicles. Mine was almost finished, so although I was a little apprehensive, I thought-- what's the likelihood that 3 cars in 2 days would have serious problems? I got less than 5 miles down the road when I noticed my car smoking heavily (and I'm not talking cigarettes). The guy in the pit(W/M, 5'9",mid-twenties, pudgy, dark hair, pasty face,acne, very talkative) had overtightened the filter. He was also the guy who did the change on one of the other unhappy customers.
  The district manager had to come out on his day off to get me back on the road.
  He (Joe) was really nice but the inconvenience ruined plans I had to visit a friend I hadn't seen in 10 years. Plus, I spent another $100 to get my engine checked for damage.
