Poor quality parts and inferior services!!! And even worse, VERY POOR customer service!!! After having Jerry's Auto work on my vehicle, one of the belts FELL OFF! After returning three times to have the belts tightened, I finally gave up and went to Jon at Automotive Services (located at 1730 Adams Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68521 ph. 402-277-7730) to have the job done correctly. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. After receiving the complaint from the BBB, Jerry called me up at home and yelled at me. Yes, yelled at me! He stated that it was not his fault the belt fell off (even though his shop put them on), the fault lie in me because I was driving it!
He had no concern for me as a customer! I am a female college student at the College of St Mary in a Masters program. This car broke down on the second drive at 2:15 AM on the interstate during finals week. I had a comprehensive organic chemistry final exam the next morning!!! I was NOT a happy customer, especially since I had just dropped over $1,200.00 into this vehicle at Jerry's Automotive! Oh, ya, Jerry refused to pay for the towing of the vehicle, even after it was determined that the belt they mounted had fallen off and was the root cause of the brake down! I will NEVER return to Jerry's Auto Services!
