I have had serveral very poor experiences with the service department. My car has never been ready during the committed time. It's always costed me more for the service than what was agreed to upfront and over the phone. I've had my front bumper painted throught them and a year later, it's peeling! That's after having them redo the paint job because they never got the love bugs off the bumper prior to painting it the first time! I had painted love bugs stuck on my bumper! I use a private mechanic shop now for all my needs and for warranty items, I try to go to Hill Nissan.
